Comments:  It has taken me too long to email you, but wanted to let you know about a great experience that happened a month or so ago!  I was driving down 405 South with my 2 young kids in the car and got a flat tire.  I pulled over and within 5 minutes (while I was on the phone with AAA) a Volvo pulled behind me.  A young guy with a Volvo Barrier service shirt came to my window and offered to change my flat!  Of course I said yes and he went right to work.  His name was Nick.  He had some trouble getting the wheel off so called for back up.  Kyle came right away and brought the part they needed.  I was SO grateful and did not have to be bothered with waiting for help (which would have taken hours).  I tried to offer them cash, but they declined.  They just wanted to help.
 
It is great to see there are some honest, helpful people out there!  I am sure it did not hurt that my car was a Barrier Audi, but I am sure they would have stopped to help anyone.  Please pass on kudos to Nick and Kyle for helping a mother out in a difficult situation.  Thanks so much, Michelle



Comments: I enjoyed working with your sales person Rafael. He is a super go geter!!! I took a long time trying to figure out which cars were going to be best for me. He was professional and never pushey, I decided on the S60 and the XC90. I also want to say that all the people I encountered at Barrier were just super! Comments:  The service and sales center actually care even after your purchase. I am not used to that. most dealers usually like to ignore you after you buy the car, but not this one. I am most happy with the servie from the time I call to when I pick up my car. thank you guys!

Rich provided me with one of the most superb customer service experiences I have ever witnessed. The "Urgent Engine" light came on at Seattle Costco at 5:15pm on a Saturday and I had to get my car over to him by 6pm. He was very reassuring that they would take care of me and would hold a rental car. I arrived five minutes late but Rich hung in there for me when he could have very well have shut down and gone home. He ALSO was able to get the rental service gentleman to check a car out for me as well. In addition, Rich was on top of the problem I was having with my car, had it quickly diagnosed and followed up with me promptly on Monday morning. THANKS for hiring good guys like Rich. Comments: Barrier Volvo in Bellevue continues to exceed my expectations when it comes to service. They are friendly, helpful and respectful of my time. Their facility is clean and comfortable. Having very poor experiences at other dealerships makes me appreciate Barrier even more. Keep up the good work!

 

Comments: My experience at Barrier Volvo was outstanding - my salesperson (Susan Frank) worked hard to get me the deal I wanted and the woman in finance was excellent. It was my FIRST experience buying a car that was this pleasant - and I have owned BMWs before. I love my new Volvo - don't think I will ever drive anything else.
